A full merchandise refund, excluding shipping charges (Actually shipping with be subtracted in cases of free shipping), will be issued on unworn merchandise postmarked back to us within 14 business days of receiving the items with an RA Number issued. (Not including Shoes, Boots, or Halloween Merchandise... Please see below). Merchandise will be accepted for return due to Product Defect, Wrong Size or Style from what you ordered only. All returned merchandise must have a RA number associated with them and be unmarked with original tags attached and packed in origional packaging 100% intact with no rips or tears (Otherwise a restocking fee may apply). Hosiery may not be returned if packaging has been opened. If packaging is damaged or pieces missing a restocking fee may be applied from 15-30%. If item is rejected due to condition it will be returned back to customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

Size Problems: Please review our size charts carefully when you order. Products will be exchanged for a different size one time. A return authorization is required in advance.
SHOES AND BOOTS
Shoes and boots are not eligable for a refund or exchange due to the manufacturer not accepting them. Most of our shoes and boots do not come in half sizes. If you are between sizes please select the larger size. If you recieve the wrong size please do not wear them and we will handle everything for you promptly.
We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
All returns will receive a refund to the credit card used for the purchase.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system.
Refunds take upto 5 days to post depending on the Cards issuing bank.
CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY:
All Christmas gift orders must be postmarked back to Sexydelivered.com within 1 week after Christmas day.
HALLOWEEN RETURN POLICY:
No refunds will be given on costume orders from October 1st through October 31st. All exchanges must be received by October 15th. After October 15th costume orders will not be issued a refund or exchange and will be refused.
Clearance Items are not eligable for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Exchanges will be granted on all unworn merchandise returns postmarked back to us within 14 days of receiving the items. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us.
Please include a detailed description of the item you would like us to send including the SKU number, Size, and Color.
One exchange order is allowed per invoice with the free shipping. Any additional exchanges needed for the same order will be charged shipping.

Please include your name and order number for all returns.
We recommend that items are returned with insurance and/or tracking to guarantee arrival.
It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
